Art Library

The KOG library is open to the public and has open stacks of noncirculating materials. It focuses on German and East Central European art from the nineteenth to the twenty-first centuries. The library holds circa 23,000 volumes, including important reference works, exhibition catalogs, and monographs on artists. There are also catalogs from auctions and antiquarians as well as art and culture journals available.

The library is a member of the Bayerischer Bibliotheksverbund (BVB; Bavarian Library Association). Its holdings can be searched online in the Regensburg Catalog (OPAC) of the University of Regensburg and are identified by the location code 9990.
